Psychotics are villains who are either unable to conrtol their actions due to criminal insanity or exist in a world of distortion - they are often very dangerous as their motives are not as clear as those of a sane individual, indeed some may appear to have no motive other than murder and chaos while others may have goals so alien they only make sense in their own minds.
